We spend our days working and taking care of our family and house. Even if you love your job and taking care of your family, doing the same thing day in and day out can get demoralizing. Leaving your comfort zone ultimately helps you to deal with change while making you more adaptable to new situations.

As humans, we are inherently social and rely on each other to survive and thrive. Due to the pandemic, many of us were to spend time with our friends and work colleagues. This lack of social interaction has had a massive impact on our mental health and well-being. Online escape games are the perfect remedy for loneliness and depression. The core idea of an escape game is o encourage players to communicate and solve puzzles together in order to complete the task at hand. As a result, the players are able to be in contact with each other and form genuine relationships, as their teams strive for victory.

Escape games are not the cure for all our mental health problems. Unfortunately, life is not that simple.  But they are a great tool to bring people into a healthy activity that will help relieve daily stress and improve symptoms related to common mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression.
